~Author of: the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, Inheritance).
~Notes: This guy is a pretty good author. His writing isn't five stars, but the plot is amazing.
I've read Eragon and Eldest. I had to stop, though, more on that later. As far as I remember, there were no dirty words. However, there is romance. The main character (Eragon) is around 15 in the first book and probably 20-ish in the last. I know he falls in love, and has dealings with a woman to whom he is not married. Sadly. That comes in book #3 or #4, I don't know because my parents told me. I also remember an instance where Eragon asked a friend why he got in trouble, thinking it was maybe because he "bedded the wrong woman."
Also, his cousin, Roran, falls in love in book #1. He gets engaged to this lady, but I remember in book #2 where she comes in his bedroom and goes to sleep in his bed. Soon after (found due to some investigation on my mom's part), Katrina (I think that's his fiancé's name) is discovered to be pregnant, and a wedding is arranged. As you can tell, that is backwards. Should be the other way around.
That's all I know, folks. Sorry I can't tell you more! :(

Great review, Miss Wingfeather. :) However, I could not read past this without correcting a couple points. All romance in the four books of the Inheritance Cycle is completely clean, as is the language. No bedding women, no sexual implications or even descriptions whatsoever. Just another reason why I love Mr. Paolini so much. ^-^ Roran (Eragon's cousin, not brother) never slept in the same room with his fiancee Katrina before they were married.
